Undergraduate Researchers:

Rahul Chandrupatla, one of our undergraduate researchers, has been named a Rose Hills Scholar for the academic year. Rahul is one of only 18 students selected for this meritorious scholarship for students in the hard sciences and engineering in Southern California. Congratulations Rahul!


Stephanie Pang was accepted to the 2016 entering class of the UCSF School of Pharmacy, congratulations Stephanie!

 

Timothy Isonio was accepted to the 2016 Bruins in Genomics Summer Research Program, congratulations Tim!


OPEN POSITIONS (as of March 2016)

Positions are available for a staff research associate in Genomics and Systems Biology for Neurogenetic Disease. Duties will include analysis of next-generation sequencing data and identification and validation of potential pathogenic variation in known and novel genes as well as functional characterization using molecular biology and molecular genetic techniques. We are seeking motivated postdoctoral candidates in Neuroscience, Genetics, or a related field to perform state-of-the-art gene discovery analyses using next-generation exome and genome sequencing to identify and characterize novel ataxia genes in patients and families.
